Keyun is a pioneer dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing and global marketing of baculovirus-based bio-insecticides, and has established itself as the leading manufacturer and comprehensive supplier of a broad range of biocontrol solutions across the world.
Keyun's heritage dates back to 2003, when it was co-founded by the Institute of Zoology(IOZ), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) in partership with Keyun. Backed by the robust technical expertise and support from IOZ, CAS, Keyun launched its first-ever baculovirus-based bio-insecticide, Helicoverpa armigera nucleopolyhedrovirus(HearNPV). Following the remarkable commercial success of HearNPV in domestic and internatinal markets, Keyun has successively developed an extensive portfolio of baculovirus-based bio-insecticides covering technical concentrates and finished formulations for a wide range of products: Spodoptera exigua multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SeMNPV),Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpltNPV), Spodoptera frugiperda multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (SfMNPV), Plutella xylostella granulovirus (PlxyGV).
Leveraging its core expertise and unique advantages in the mass rearing of various insects, Keyun has also further expanded its product portfolio to develop a broad array of integrated biocontrol solutions, including beneficial insects, fungal bio-insecticides, insect pheromones and dedicated insect traps.
